Q: How long does it take for an order to be completed?
A: this depends on the time of year and how busy we are, but generally orders are completed within 2 weeks, and then shipped out.
Q: What if I can’t find what I’m looking for on your website?
A: At Sportees, we are custom manufacturers, we can make you a custom item. This will require e-mailing your request, sending measurements and chosing the fabrics needed to complete your garment.
Q: I don’t live close enough to call in for a fitting but I’d like something customized just for me. How do you manage this?
A: We will ask for specific measurements to complete your garment. If the sizing is not quite correct, you may need to send the garment back for alterations. But, this is worth it, as you will get a garment that is just for you, to your specifications.
Q: What are your store opening hours?
A: Tuesday to Friday 10 am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 10 am to 5pm.
Q: How do I decide which is the best fabric for me to choose?
A: If you are having to make a decision on which fabric would be best for your garment, please just send us and e-mail and I am more than happy to assist you in your decision.
Q: I’d like a highly specialized garment made for me. Can you do it?
A: You can send us your "wish list" and we will let you know if this is something that we can make for you.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Q: Is buying from you online completely safe?
A: Yes, the internet has evolved and it is totally safe to place orders.
Q: How long does delivery take if I’m overseas?
A: Delivery overseas does take a while, even with Express Service. I would leave at least 3 weeks for delivery – if you are purchasing for a specific date.
Q: How do I pick the right size for me?
A: We have sizing charts on the website. Just take into consideration if you want a fitted garment or a baggier fit. But, always feel free to send me an e-mail and I can help out with this.
A: All garments must be paid for before they are shipped. The parcels will be shipped via Canada Post Express Service. Shipping and Handling to Canada and the US is $25 for a small parcel. Prices will be fairly charged according to the current rates. Shipping Overseas will be charged at the current rate.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
